Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed physician specialized in Family or Internal Medicine to join our Berkeley, CA team. You will manage diverse patient panels, perform in-office and tele-health visits, and contribute to a culture of learning through Clinical Rounds and collaborative care with both in-office and virtual teams.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, continuous professional development, and potential expansion into multi-state virtual care with additional licensure.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• CA medical license required before start date
• Outpatient primary care experience in last 5 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states
