Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our Batesburg-Leesville clinic. You will assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians across orthopedics, hand, neurological, and vestibular care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state South Carolina license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based therapies is preferred.
• Outgoing and energetic personality; strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care with goals and a comprehensive program.
• Implement PT treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation (daily notes, progress reports, etc.).
