Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a packaging/engineering field.
• 3+ years in packaging development or engineering in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD software for package design and analysis.
• Understanding of materials (plastics, paperboard, corrugated) and their applications.
• Experience with packaging line machinery and process optimization.
• Familiarity with packaging standards, regulations, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests packaging for new and existing products.
