• Plans and delivers learning experiences that advance the learning of each individual student; shows written evidence of preparation upon request.

Responsibilities

• Designs authentic learning experiences for students to learn core knowledge and 21st century skills.
• Assists in planning for intervention and remediation in math, science and literacy for students who have not mastered content standards.
• Develops differentiated instructional strategies for each student's academic growth.
