Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington seeks a Mental Health Therapist to join a family-centered behavioral health team. The role involves delivering strength-based mental health services in family homes, communities, and office sites in Olympia, WA.

The clinician will participate in on-call rotations, maintain flexible hours, and collaborate with families and community resources to promote safety and stability for children and youth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
• Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred, but not required at time of hire.
• Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth and family members in services.
• Natural ability to work with others through a strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators.
• Offer flexible schedules to meet needs of youth and families.
• Provide strength-based mental health services in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with natural and community services to achieve long-term safety and stability.
