Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking Co‑ops based in Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, or Spring House, PA to support the Innovative Medicine Procurement Organization. The Procurement Co‑ops will support the R&D or Commercial Procurement teams in strategic sourcing of goods and services for J&J Innovative Medicine.

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co‑op assignment, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Completion of undergraduate freshman year is required
  • Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data analytics tools and techniques
  • Technological curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring digital solutions in procurement
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while delivering results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization features
  • Must be a self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team goals
  • Ability to work full‑time (40 hours per week) and adhere to J&J’s Flex policy (minimum 3 days/week in office)
  • Local travel may be required; candidates must provide their own transportation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1‑B) now or in the future

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting Co‑ops based in Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, or Spring House, PA to support the Innovative Medicine Procurement Organization.

Responsibilities:

The Procurement Co‑ops will support the R&D Procurement or Commercial Procurement teams in the strategic acquisition of goods and services for J&J Innovative Medicine. Key responsibilities may include:

Locations:

Titusville, NJ – Raritan, NJ – Spring House, PA

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long‑term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co‑Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co‑Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co‑Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
