The role emphasizes timely, technically excellent deliverables, rigorous documentation, IP awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, MS preferred.
• Proven ability to innovate in developing novel concepts and practical solutions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate deliverables and tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Plan, analyze and report results of experiments, tests, and prototype development.
• Collaborate with management, technical leadership, and clients to complete work.
• Ensure deliverables are technically excellent and completed on time.
• Document deliverables, lab notebooks, and invention disclosures.
• Maintain capabilities to provide technical solutions to clients.
• Understand the IP process and how to protect it.
