Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in Houston seeks a Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead design teams on master-planned communities, parks, and urban spaces, integrating landscape architecture with planning and civil disciplines.

You will collaborate with developers, engineers, planners, and public partners from vision through construction, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor a team to deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a planning/design firm.
• RLA or AICP certification preferred.
• Portfolio of land development projects (public/private).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, LandFX, and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project structure, budget, and schedule.
• Review design criteria, documents, and specifications throughout a project lifecycle.
• Assist department leads in preparing proposals and assigning project teams.
• Manage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Lead monthly project billing processes.
• Manage the design of projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals.
