Qualifications

• M.A in Journalism, or a related field (e.g., Media and Communication).
• Prior experience as an instructor of record in journalism-related courses.
• Professional journalism experience within the last five years

Responsibilities

• Teach four courses per semester in journalism.
• Courses taught could include Introductory and Intermediate Journalism Reporting, Digital Storytelling, Journalism/ Media Law and Ethics, and other Media and Communication courses as needed.
• Providing service to the department, college, or university is also expected.
