Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM and visualization tools.
• Experience coordinating FF&E and finishes selections.
• Knowledge of building codes and sustainable design practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on all phases of the design process from programming to construction administration.
• Develops interiors concepts based on client vision, project scope and architectural concept.
• Generates renderings and finish plans for construction.
• Provides design support and documentation during concept execution.
• Coordinates documentation efforts for interiors projects with minimal guidance.
• Maintains awareness of project schedules and deadlines.
• Participates in and may lead design presentations.
• Coordinates client presentations and cost estimates.
• Communicates with disciplines, vendors and contractors to integrate requirements.
• Participates in team meetings and may prepare minutes.
