• Instruct students using student-centered strategies to engage learning.
• Incorporate educational technology into lesson design to enhance learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet student needs.
• Collaborate with department to develop and update the Japanese language curriculum.
• Plan lessons following curriculum guidelines and assessment practices.
• Post homework and record formative/summative results electronically.
• Maintain effective classroom management and communicate with deans and parents.
