• Graduation from an OT curriculum accredited jointly by the AMA and AOTA.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Eligibility for state OT licensure and NBCOT exam completion.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates functional status and develops individualized plans of care.
• Delivers and supervises occupational therapy treatment for adults and geriatric patients.
• Maintains clinical records and communicates progress to the physician and team.
• Participates in hospice orientation and quality improvement activities.
• Discharges planning and coordination with care team.
