Excelsior Prep Charter School Inc in Florida seeks an instructional leader responsible for the educational leadership of students in a group or class in an innovative charter school.

The educational leader is expected to understand and demonstrate the use of the school's curriculum, student instruction and assessment to maximize educational achievement for all students; work collaboratively to ensure a working and learning climate for all students that is safe, secure and respectful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification.
• 2-year minimum previous experience teaching at the K-12 level.
• Math Endorsement K-12 or 6-12.
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
