Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Osceola in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a dedicated 2026-2027 SY 4th Grade ELA Teacher to join our elementary faculty. Partner with SMART Management to provide a rigorous, inclusive, and engaging academic environment that fosters intellectual growth and social-emotional development.

We emphasize data-driven growth, professional development, built-in collaboration, and holistic student support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
Active Florida State Teaching Certification.
Strong classroom management, lesson adaptation, organization, and interpersonal communication.
Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Prior instructional experience in a K-12 classroom setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

Plan, internalize, and facilitate standards-aligned, rigorous lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
Implement formal and informal assessments, analyze student data to pivot instruction, and update gradebooks weekly.
Establish strong, cooperative partnerships with families, providing weekly updates on student progress.
Uphold a positive classroom behavior management system aligned with school-wide character initiatives.
Utilize technology effectively as an educational tool and host targeted tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs.
Dedicate 40+ hours per week to instruction, meetings, professional development, and school community duties.
