Qualifications

• 5+ years in athletic footwear product development.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD applications (Rhino preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze designs for manufacturability, costs, and risks.
• Own pattern and tooling creation and prototyping.
• Provide advanced 2D/3D expertise in cross-functional projects.
• Mentor new employees on adidas standards and workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to speed creation.
