Job summary

The Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Notre Dame invites applications for tenure-track and tenured faculty positions at all levels in Electrical Engineering. Areas include wireless communications, networks, autonomous decision and control, signal and image processing, power systems, smart city applications, and cryogenic CMOS and low-temperature electronics for quantum computing and sensing.

Duties will include research, teaching, and service.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidates must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. degree by August 1, 2027.
• Advanced level candidates must have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in electrical engineering across core EE areas.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses and supervise students.
• Contribute to service to the department and university.
