42North Dental in Flint, MI is seeking a Doctor of Dental Medicine or Doctor of Dental Surgery to oversee the full patient care experience, from exams to treatment planning and delivery of care.

The position covers in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on high-quality ethics and professional standards. Competitive annual compensation ranges from $150k to $250k plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
