Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Dentist to manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, 401K, continuing education, mentorship, equity opportunity, and unlimited earning potential, with annual pay ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• HBV vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
