Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field or Master’s with 18 graduate credits in related field.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Strong pedagogy knowledge and ability to teach with technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer/technology background.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varied classroom settings.
• Ability to research and analyze data and work toward deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned by supervisor and meet course outcomes.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with approved course objectives.
• Develop course outlines and syllabi for approval.
• Assist in curriculum development and assessment activities.
• Maintain accurate course records and provide office hours.
• Assist with advising, orientation and registration activities.
• Represent the college professionally in the community.
• Engage in professional development for credentialing.

Education

Master’s degree in related field

Master’s degree with 18 graduate credits in related field

Higher education teaching experience preferred
