CNM Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in architectural courses. Classes are assigned as needed, with hours varying by term and enrollment.

The role supports CNM’s mission to improve student outcomes and retention. The candidate will collaborate with the Dean and faculty to enhance the learning experience, maintain records, and assist students with registration and graduation processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year recent industry experience (architectural, engineering, or construction).
• Teaching experience working with a non-traditional student body.
• Knowledge of architectural theory and techniques.
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, teach, grade, and assess student learning in courses assigned.
• Create a quality learning environment supporting diverse learners.
• Maintain student records and document incompletes within College timelines.
• Utilize technology-based programs to access and input student records.
