VSP Vision is seeking a results-oriented candidate for a role focused on innovation, emerging technology, and R&D across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors. You will design and execute projects, evaluate business models, and prototype concepts while monitoring domain maturity and impact on the business.

You will build rapid understandings of new tech and markets, conduct user research and concept testing, and help develop hypotheses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, R&D, Product Design or related.
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology is preferred but not required.
• Expertise in a relevant subject matter domain and understanding adjacent areas in healthcare, business models, and technology.
• Experience contributing to projects and adapting to changing requirements.
• Demonstrates creative problem solving and adaptability.
• Experience in creative cultures in consulting or large corporate environments is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to contribute to research briefs and presentations (PowerPoint).
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and show relevance to work or business.
• Interested in developing and sharing project pitches.
• Skilled at providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments including camera presence.

• Support product or business model evaluation using established scorecards and criteria
• Support the identification and definition of problems and opportunity areas, development of hypotheses, and contribute to testing and validation of assumptions
• Develop and pitch new project ideas and opportunities
• Contribute to presentation of project findings to all levels of the enterprise
• Collaborate with internal and external partners that deepen current and future knowledge between the company and emerging markets

Job Specifications

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $63,000.00 - $108,675.00
