This hands-on role combines human-centered design with deep engineering, emphasizing AI-enabled, responsible innovation and impactful delivery within a risk-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in roles aligned to the responsibilities of this position.
• Strong front-end development with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, or similar tools.
• Strong back-end development with APIs, services, and Kafka; SQL and modern data platforms.
• Deep experience with server-side languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or Azure) for scalable web apps.
• Experience with DevOps practices: version control, CI/CD, automated tests.
• Proficiency with generative AI for productivity and lifecycle software development.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization to support insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current and future state technology and product architecture.
• Shape the bank’s evolution into a product-led enterprise on modern tech.
• Lead data workflows (ETL) and build dashboards (Power BI) for decisions.
• Benchmark fintechs and startups; provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams and partners.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable insights.
