Job Title: Innovation Senior Chemist

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Summary: Designs, implements, and reports experiments to address technical challenges in Perfume R&D. Collaborates with the Technology Division as the liaison at the Fort Lauderdale Site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and report experiments addressing technical challenges in the R&D process.
2. Collaborate with the Technology division in testing and validating new products for market introduction.
3. Meet with Sales team and clients to discuss projects, technology, and technical difficulties.
4. Maintain organized records of raw material regulatory documents, cosmetic formulas, and stability reports used in the application lab.
5. Revise formulations to identify chemicals causing instabilities or challenges.
6. Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
