Job summary

SC Johnson in the United States seeks a Director of Quality - Innovation to shape the quality strategy for the innovation pipeline. You will lead a dedicated team that partners with RD&E and Marketing to embed a quality-first mindset into product development and ensure products meet rigorous standards.

You will drive governance, risk management, stage-gate processes, and metrics, while anchoring voice of the customer and post-launch learning across global markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of quality leadership experience, including 5+ years in innovation/product development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the quality strategy for innovation projects, aligning with corporate goals.
• Lead and develop the Innovation Quality team and allocate resources across global markets.
• Integrate quality principles into product design, development and commercialization processes.
