Job summary

Henkel is offering an internship in its Adhesive Technologies business unit in Rocky Hill, CT. You will analyze project data, develop policies for the ACM Inno Team, and prepare trainings and slide decks.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates graduating in 2028–2030 with strong Excel and Power BI preferences, and the ability to work independently to drive project completion. This internship includes extensive learning and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student graduating 2028–2030 in data analytics, engineering, business or related field.
• Ability to gather and analyze large data sets with fact-based recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and proactively reach out to colleagues to drive completion of projects.
• Excel required; Power BI preferred for reporting.
• Experience using PowerPoint to create slides.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project data and make conclusions from the data.
• Develop policy and procedures for the ACM Inno Team.
• Prepare slide deck / trainings on policy and procedures.
• Create reports from the data available.
