Fanatics Collectibles (and Topps) seeks an Innovation Product Manager to develop and support a product innovation agenda, identifying technologies to improve performance and cost while enhancing the consumer experience. You will collaborate with operations to schedule projects and deliver results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in design or engineering; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 3–5 years in pre-press/design or print/finish production preferred.
• Experience in project management with lean six sigma, Lean or Business Analysis.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations experience.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM.
• English language domain; Spanish a plus.
• Multifunctional teams coordination; strategic thinking and roadmap development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in identifying and creating innovative new products, platforms, & processes aligned to markets and business needs.
• Manage test projects from start to finish with cross-team collaboration to ensure quality, repeatability and scalability for required production quantities.
• Regularly communicate with top executives about status of projects and challenges facing the company.
• Analyze data and market trends to generate insights informing the innovation process.
• Schedule and attend (or lead) Product Innovation meetings.
• Research options for materials and equipment needs for innovations.
• Identify and work with outside vendors on technology and execution needs.
• Identify and work with internal departments on technology needs.
• Manage new technologies through all processes to identify potential failure points in manufacturing.
• Document all processes, orders of operations and materials for each innovation.
• Maintain a library of new technologies and innovations.
