You will partner with executive leadership to advance programs from ideation to pre-clinical milestones and beyond, integrating lean internal teams with external capabilities. The role requires strategic and hands-on experience in biotech/pharma, with a track record of rapidly building early-stage programs and partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or MD) preferred.
• Experience leading early drug innovation and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and cross-functional leadership to drive portfolio management.
• Define target product profiles and competitive landscape for programs.
• Create project plans with timelines and budgets for rapid progression.
• Manage internal lab growth and external collaborations.
