Job summary

ResponsiveEd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Lewisville, TX to drive Innovation and Expansion initiatives. You will manage end-to-end school opening projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years of progressive project management experience in education or related field.
PM certification preferred (PMP, CAPM).
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross‑functional dependencies.
Experience with scheduling, reporting, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage each assigned project from initiation to opening and transition.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules with owners, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and manage dependencies for school openings.
Track progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
Lead meetings and drive action items to completion.
Travel 40–60% to school and project sites as required.
