Job summary

Minimum qualifications include a terminal degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Business Administration and at least three years of teaching experience, plus current industry experience and a student-centered, culturally responsive approach.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of teaching experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Active industry experience in business or related field.
• Legal status to teach in the country of application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site instruction at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
• Bridge theory and practice with real-world examples and the pre-built curriculum.
• Foster an inclusive, culturally responsive learning environment.
• Provide timely feedback and keep grades updated within stated timelines.
• Collaborate with success coaches, academic staff, and portfolio directors.
