Job summary

South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) is seeking a Program Manager to organize and track activities for the Carolinas Grid Modernization Engine. The role serves as a key liaison among SCRA, UNC Charlotte, Engine partners, industry stakeholders, entrepreneurs, investors, and state organizations.

You will develop and implement PM processes, manage timelines, monitor milestones, and prepare dashboards and reports. Strong communication, collaboration, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute NSF Engine activities with partners.
• Develop and maintain PM processes, work plans, and dashboards.
• Track milestones, metrics, and program performance.
• Maintain Engine CRM and reporting records for compliance.
• Support outreach via website updates, newsletters, and press.
• Prepare dashboards and briefing materials for leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure NSF compliance and governance adherence.
