What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a liaison to existing and new customers, ensuring positive client relations and high customer service standards
  • Conduct market research and develop new contacts to generate leads for business development
  • Build long-term relationships with facility personnel to promote services and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in training curriculum development and conduct formal training sessions for assigned systems
  • Analyze data and provide market analysis to enhance adoption of innovative services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in inside sales or a related area with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Experience in Air Medical, Ground EMS, or Emergency Dispatch communications preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of concepts and practices within air or ground medical transportation and emergency dispatch
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
