Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics Senior Manager, Data Scientist will support Pfizer's Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) team to develop AI-enabled workflows and data-driven insights for Medical Affairs. You will lead analytical method design and collaborate across data engineering, governance, and AI/ML teams.

The role requires 6+ years in healthcare/pharma data science, strong Python/R/SQL skills, and a focus on compliant analytics in regulated pharma environments.

Requirements

• knowledge of data privacy and compliance.

Preferred

• advanced degree (Master’s/PhD), experience with large language models, cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), and healthcare data standards (OMOP, HEDIS);
• experience operationalizing models and mentoring.

Location
