BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an Innovation Attorney to advise lawyers, matter teams, clients, and practice groups on integrating innovative legal technologies with transactional workflows.

You will align technology with value, insights, efficiency and productivity while navigating the transactional matter lifecycle and leading adoption of AI tools across the firm.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent and admission to the relevant state bar.
• Minimum two years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in a legal operations role.
• Experience applying technology in transactional law.
• Proficiency with legal tech and artificial intelligence.
• Experience evaluating and implementing legal tech solutions.
• Knowledge of transactional legal matter lifecycle.
• Familiarity with techniques for increasing adoption of legal tech tools.
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player in diverse environments.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
