Lensa, a leading career site, is assisting UnitedHealth Group in hiring professionals for the role of Innovation and Strategy Consultant. This position is part of the Operations & Enablement team within the UHG Strategy organization, focusing on managing standardized processes and supporting strategic initiatives in growth, product innovation, and enterprise partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Acceleration: Drive execution of high-priority initiatives, establish team cadences, clarify roles, and support milestone delivery.
2. Operational Support: Manage portfolio reporting, risk identification, vendor management, and financial modeling; deliver executive presentations and dashboards.
3. Governance & Engagement: Ensure scope alignment, participate in engagement reviews, and promote continuous improvement.
4. Team Culture & Norms: Foster transparency, open feedback, collaboration, and recognize team contributions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in project or program management, strategy execution, or operational support.
• Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and turn data into insights.
