Job description

We are looking for Technical Support Specialists to provide excellent customer service to our customer, one of North America’s leading information technology companies. You will join an existing team of highly skilled technical support professionals where training and certifications are provided.

Responsibilities
  1. Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance
  2. Knowledge in modern operating systems Windows server 2012R2, 2016, 2019 and server platforms
  3. Troubleshooting system and server errors
  4. Experience troubleshooting OS level issues disk space, services, group policy etc.
  5. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors
  6. Experience in access management
  7. Experience in Windows Patch Management tools process
  8. Good understanding of VMware virtualization with Hyper converged
Qualifications
  1. On call support is required for troubleshooting or pre-planned maintenance on production systems
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 servers Administration
  3. Position requires an in-depth understanding of Windows server technology
  4. Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network topologies
  5. Understand Enterprise Operations Process, ITIL v2
  6. Monitoring system performance
  7. Good hands-on experience in windows Cluster management Troubleshooting
  8. Experience in server Provisioning

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
  2. Flexible to work in late night shifts (10.30pm onwards) with non-weekend offs
  3. Must be a team player capable to upscale and take initiative to deliver the task independently
  4. Must be open to learn and work on new technologies
