What You'll Do in This Role:

1. Ensure our guests want to revisit us and recommend us to their friends and family by working with the team to provide a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome or farewell.
2. Engage with guests to ensure they are enjoying their stay and encourage feedback through our guest experience survey.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
4. Follow set-up and close-down procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at all times.
