What You'll Do

1. Ensure guests want to revisit and recommend us by providing a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome or farewell.
2. Engage guests in conversation and encourage them to complete our guest experience survey.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to brand standards.
4. Follow set procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety during setup and close-down.
