Job summary

Argo Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Inland Marine Claims to lead our Inland Marine team and advance claims strategy. Based in our office, you will report to the SVP, Specialty Claims and drive operational excellence across the department.

You will oversee complex files, guide third-party relationships, and mentor a seasoned group of claims professionals while aligning with program standards and performance goals.

• 5+ years leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong claims resolution and cost-effective settlement skills.
• Analytical, decisive decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership.
