Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a Production Operator in the United States to prepare and produce inks and intermediates by following standard operating procedures. You will operate mixers, pumps, filters, hoists and other manufacturing equipment while handling materials with safety in mind.

This role involves batch processing, data recording, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working any shift.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and verbal SOPs and safety rules.
• Basic math skills for measurement and data recording.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work any shift.
• Willingness to participate in cross training and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Produce inks and intermediates by following SOPs.
• Operate mixers, pumps, filters, hoists and other equipment.
• Record data, load/unload, and clean equipment after batch.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with safety requirements.
