Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a Process Operator at our Illinois facility to support the production of inks and intermediates by following SOPs. The role involves batching, charging materials, operating equipment, recording data, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include canning, labeling, forklift operations, and cross-training across shipping, tub washing, and batch weighing. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working long shifts under high

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have good basic math skills, including percentage calculation.
• Must possess good English speaking and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Canning and labeling of products into gallon jugs, pails, drums and totes.
• Operate industrial parts washer and maintain cleaning solutions.
• Produce a variety of inks and ink intermediates by following standard operating procedures.
• Carry out batch processing tasks: charging material, processing batch, monitoring and recording data, loading/unloading and cleaning equipment.
