Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking a 1st shift Packout - Press Out Operator to join our production team in Illinois. This role involves batching, weighing, ink pressing, and packaging inks for commercial and packaging applications.

A forklift operator may be required. We offer a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for internal growth. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or desired.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate computer systems.
• Must be reliable and able to work assigned shift, with overtime as needed.
• Demonstrates strong attendance and willingness to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch instructions to weigh batches accurately.
• Monitor temperature and adjust as needed.
• Operate pressing out inks and adjust pump speeds.
• Make QC adjustments as instructed.
• Label and package finished inks products.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
