A leading ink manufacturer in the United States seeks a Mill Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be trained to operate milling machines and engage in various production activities. Key responsibilities include running ink batches, maintaining proper machinery standards, and performing quality control tasks. Qualifications

• 3 months of work-related experience required.
• Strong background in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• Ability to perform actively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.
• Package finished product and apply labels.
• Clean and maintain machine to TPM Standards.
• Learn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activities.
• Weigh-up batches and follow order of addition.
• Mix batches and operate mixer safely.
• Maintain overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) standards.
• Act as a QC liaison for ink samples and adjustments.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
