INX International is seeking an Ink Technician - Mill Operator at West Chicago to manufacture high-quality printing ink. This first shift requires safe operation of milling equipment and active participation in TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Reliable with the ability to work overtime.
• Able to work a fixed first shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling equipment safely and effectively.
• Handle production support equipment: press out units, pump filter equipment, and forklifts.
• Package and label products into containers.
• Clean and maintain equipment to TPM standards.
• Engage in TPM activities with the team.
