INX International Ink Co. is hiring for a Mill/Mixer Operator to manufacture high-quality ink. You will train on a mill, operate TPM activities, and manage batches from weighing to packaging.

The role includes QC liaison duties, maintenance, and potential repacks. Shift is Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm, with opportunities to grow in a safety-conscious, environmentally responsible team. Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of related work experience preferred.
• Good math and basic computer skills essential.
• Attention to detail and reliable to work assigned shift.
• Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background advantageous.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Run batches of ink at proper mill settings and package finished product.
• Label containers and maintain storage of finished goods.
• Clean and maintain machines to TPM standards.
• Learn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activities.
• Weigh up batches and switch between auto and manual steps.
• Discharge pigment and operate mixer safely per SOPs.
• Operate Hockmeyer mill and maintain optimum equipment effectiveness.
• Create and maintain a formulas database, including processing times.
• Operate press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift; assist with repacks.
• Act as QC liaison, provide ink samples, adjust ink, and record data.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and use troubleshooting procedures.
