Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a qualified Athletic Trainer to join our on-site team. You will perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, provide first aid per OSHA standards, deliver injury prevention education, and coordinate care with on-site medical and safety colleagues.

You will lead functional movement training, document assessments accurately, and contribute to meetings and task forces. A Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training with BOC certification is required, along with

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Hands-on training in BLS/CPR, with possible AHA/ARC requirements.

A sign-on bonus is being offered for this position in the amount of $7,500.

The scheduled hours will be Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:45 AM

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record
• Participate in meetings and task forces
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred
