Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona and federal admission.
• Progressive civil litigation experience in personal injury or medical malpractice.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a full litigation caseload and work collaboratively.
• Strong courtroom and advocacy experience with deposition/hearing/trial familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Carrying a full load of personal injury or medical malpractice cases from intake to resolution.
• Conducting legal research, drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and arguing motions.
• Taking an active role in discovery, including deposition of lay and expert witnesses.
• Preparing for and attending court hearings and trial.
• Collaborating with attorneys and staff to develop case management strategies.
• Advocating for injured clients with skill, judgment, and care.
