Join the Staffmark Team as an Injection Production Associate - Chattanooga, TN.

Pay: $17 per hour


Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or injection molding environment.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods during the shift.

  • Steel-toe shoes required for safety.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Trim, sand, and flame injection-molded parts to meet quality standards.

  • Perform visual inspections of molded parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.

  • Load and unload parts to and from machinery, ensuring a smooth production flow.

  • Maintain accurate records of defects, scrap, and repaints for quality control.

  • Use handheld electrical tools to polish and smooth minor defects in parts.

  • Ensure that production line speed is maintained to meet efficiency goals.

  • Uphold a safe and clean workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
