People Architects is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to support day-to-day operations of plastic injection molding processes. You will set up molding machines and secondary equipment, adjust parameters, and manage materials to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Process Mold Technician.
• Willingness to learn Scientific Molding principles.
• Solid mechanical ability and proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience setting up molds in plastic injection molding machines.
• Experience using a forklift or tow motor.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molds in machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Establish and adjust processing parameters to specifications.
• Assist in material drying, mixing and feeding systems.
• Minimize downtime through planning and time management.
• Assist in optimizing molding processes and adjusting machine settings to improve efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
