Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines per work instructions and support production.
• Troubleshoot injection molding processes to reduce scrap and optimize cycles.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to maintain open communications.
• Maintain 5S standards in the manufacturing area and organize equipment as needed.
• Use Excel, Word, Google Docs and similar tools for reports and tracking.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives within the facility.
