Job summary

Ammega in Reading, PA is seeking an experienced molding supervisor to lead shift activities in the molding department. You will ensure safety and quality procedures are followed, keep a clean, organized work area, and manage production and visual management boards.

The role focuses on coaching mold technicians, applying SMED, addressing barriers, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with other departments, communicate across shifts, and help develop new standardized work

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the injection molding field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and follow-up on tasks with timely completion.
• Works well within a Team environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
